[MW:10025] Need advice on Hastelloy C22.

Hi Vijay,

Mr. Jayakumar mentioned the requirements of welding hastelloy C-22 in brief. The following booklet explains in details on how this alloy should be welded along with the precautions to be adopted.

In order to be accepted for offshore services one has to meet the requirements of NACE MR-0175,Part-3.

Best of luck.

Thanks.

Dear Friends,

I need technical advice to go with Welding on Hastelloy C22 (SB 575, UNS N06022). The maximum thickness of the plate is 12mm and the code as per ASME IX. This requirement is for Gas&Condensate cooler for a offshore platform project.

Thanks & Regards,

Vijay
