[MW:9990] Elongation Percentage for Dish End / Calculation / Thinning Effect

Dear Friends/Advisers,

Design: ASME Sec VIII, Div 1.
Material & Thickness: SA 516 Gr.70 & 30 mm.

1. Please provide a method to calculate Elongation % after Forming(Hot/Cold) for Pressure Vessel Dish End.(Ellipsidol 2:1)
2. What should be the thickness selection to achieve 30 mm final thickness? How to calcuate the thinning effect?
3. How to ensure that Materials Fibre Elongation is less that 5%? This is required to avoid SSC Test with regard to NACE requirement.

Hope to see as usual co-operation and response at the earliest. I am sure Manufacturer of Pressure Vessel can provide necessary feedback for the above subject.

Regards
