Dear Mr.Daniel,
Percentage of RT and type of RT (Gamma ray or X ray) shall be spelledout in project specification.
Designer will decide RT scope based on the service, internal pressure of service fluid, type of severity will be the deciding factors.
You may ask your client to provide project spec.
