[MW:3064] Re: API 5L GR.B & ASTM A106 GR.B

Hi,
 
There is no difference between the both the spec.
 
But , the De -Oxidation practice is different in steel making  . ie API 5L Gr.B is non-silicon killed steel,, and ASTM A106 Gr.B is silicon killed steel.
 
Obviously , the ASTM A106 Gr.B will have comparatively higher corrosion resistance .
