Dear all friends
if  flanges used for joining, that this joint will be used in hot service(hot media folw in pipe).due to gradiant temperature between inner surface of flange & bolt,it is likely that bolts yeilded and leakage is occured.
how can prevent it?
for hot & cold service, what variables must be considered for tightening( tensioning or torqueing) ?
regards.
