[MW:29197] What is Deference Between LP & HP welder?

Dear All,

Our client is asking for make categories for our welder such as HP & LP,  in Combined cycle power plant project, anybody can help me that why we need to do this and what is the welder qualification testing procedure/system for HP & LP welder?
