Re: [MW:26885] Weld overlay PD5500

Hi

I have carried out several procedures as per EN 15614 and SEC IX

The testing requirements , test coupon size all are different.

The answer to your question is NO.

Please follow your construction code.

Subject: [MW:26879] Weld overlay PD5500

Dear Experts,

In my Job construction code is PD5500. Can I use Overlay  PQR qualified as per ASME Sec. IX instead of EN15614-7??

Abhishek Singh
