I have a 31.5mm plate, SA-517 Gr.70 with no heat treatment done at the plant, but it suffered PWHT by customer request. My question is: do I need to apply item UCS-85 (c) or item UCS-85 (f) I need to remove test specimens for simulating heat treatment?
Thank you.
