Passing chances are 90% as it results due to unable reaching individual subject of 70%.

The cut of score is 90 marks.

Just to share my experience, I had given my API 510 exam on September 28th, 2017 at Prometric Karachi, Pakistan and observed the result as Marginal. 

On October 4th I had received the email that I passed the test with actual score of 93 against 86 cutoff score. 

So if you get Marginal result chances of passing the exam is extremely high.
