Hi Experts,

I need your help. Client has been rejected plate, material is S275JR because MTC dimensions and Actual dimensions on plates are not matched. Below mentioned dimensions are,

MTC Dimensions: 25x1219x2438  - Heat No. 3073728

Actual Dimensions: 25x2000x6000 - Heat No. 3073728

I have been informed to our planning team, dimensions are not matched as per MTC and they said to us ''Heat number are different from actual plates? If same heat number, why it is rejected? Size has nothing to do with material grade''

Can someone please guide me what I need to say to our planning team.

Many thanks!
