2.0 mm size in E 410 type 13 Cr. electrode is not manufactured..
Even 2.50 is difficult to get. 3.15 onward could be available.

01.   Electrodes baking Temperature (degrees Celsius) …
A.  All SS electrodes are baked at 200 deg C for 2 hrs for best results.
    (refer BS or any code)
02.   Duration for baking (hour)
A.  It could also be 300 deg. C for 1 hr.
03.   Soaking temperature and time….
--   of what?
04.   Welding Current (Amperes) for hard facing….
A.  For 2.50  mm size  50 -70 Amps. For 3.15 - it is 80-120 A.      
05.   Preheat temperature for hard facing…
A   200-250 deg. C
06.   Volts for welding (Volts)….
A.  Check with DC tong tester. it could be 21-23 V for 2.5 & 23-25 V 
    for 3.15 mm sizes
