Dear all

 

Very simple query just for confirmation that I want to make a WPS and PQR for WCB 216 Material where

I want to do the hard facing with 13% chrome using 2 and 2.5 mm electrodes, work piece is 20 to 30 mm thick,

my queries are as below for Which I need the values with reference:-

 

 

01.   Electrodes baking Temperature (degrees Celsius) …

02.   Duration for baking (hours)…

03.   Soaking temperature and time….

04.   Welding Current (Amperes) for hard facing….

05.   Preheat temperature for hard facing…

06.   Volts for welding (Volts)….
