[MW:26856] welding of ASTM A709 HPS 70W HIGH Strength Low Alloy Steel

Dear Experts 

Please advise what are the precautions required during welding of Low alloy steel (Weathering steel) and advise the required grade of grinding wheel to be used for grinding and cutting.
