Wps is data which tells the in what how we have to welding.. and it is also reffer what we are thinking to do welding we vl get that or not and thr prop also of only welding metal.....
Pqr is quality of welder.. its ability to do welding by following data given range in wps.... and one more imp DESTRUCTIVE TESTING RESULT ARE ALSO MENTIONED IN PQR..
simple welder give a welding test by using hint in wps .. and pqr is result for that in actually
