Its causing increased hardness due to OXY - ACE cutting, In additional project specs they are specifying that cutting to accomplish PT / MPT.

We have 3" Dia piping 15 mm Thickness CS material used for lethal service piping. Due to site modifications the pre welded pipe and fittings has to be cut and re welded. Is OXY - ACETYLENE Gas cutting allowed for cutting the piping?

 

After cutting, bevel preparation has carried out by grinding by cutoff wheel.
