Wrought means simply worked, accordingly all items fabricated subject to rolling, forging, extrusion, etc are wrought 
I.e all items except casting are wrought

In ASME Sec II SA 106 pipe described as carbon steel and SA 234 fittings described as wrought carbon steel.

B. What is difference between carbon steel and wrought carbon steel.
