No you cannot use plate WPS for tube to tube sheet . Your question seems irrelevant.
Need separate qualification for tube sheet.

--Dear Experts,Need your guidance on the following:We have tube to tube-sheet joint having Groove + Fillet Weld without grooves & expansion. (Tube-2.7mm, Tubesheet-45mm, P No.43 to P. No.43)I have PQR qualified on plate 10mm Thk. (P No.43 to P No.43, Qualification Range - 1.5 to 20mm).Can I use the same WPS for this joint or we have to qualify new procedure.Procedure qualified as per ASME Sec.IX.Need clarification with reference to clause number.
