Please refer the point no.5 in the certificate attached by you which describes - Traceability of the Master instrument details.
This master instrument only used for calibration of your clampmeter.
If you see the master instrument calibration certificate which might be available with your calibration agency you can come to know that this (master instrument) is calibratied by Internationally Recognised Authorities/Approved Agenicies.
So usually all equipments/instrument are calibrated by these Master Instruments which are traceble to Internationally Approved Calibration Laboratory Certificate.

Subject: [MW:22452] Calibration Accuracy Info In Cert
From: saravanshyla@gmail.com

Dear Experts ,
I have attached a sample Calibration Cert for AC DC Clamp Meter.
My query is, when QC team receive this calibration cert which is calibrated by outside testing lab,
how the QC confirm the accuracy or confidence level and on what basis, when they approve this certificate for usage.
I would like to know for Pressure Gages, Vernier Calipers, Micrometer, QC DC Clamp Meter, digital temperature Gun, etc
Regards,
Saravanan
