Dear Ahmed,
You must be welding on a base thickness between 16 mm to 25 mm with a clad thickness of to 4 mm. You must be carrying out CuSo4 test to ensure the clad restoration area is free from 825 deposits. Now in doing all this the edge portion where you have your clad interface shall be given a bow shape configuration instead of square edge. When using GMAW process using spray or globular the square edge corner does not get fussed and you will get incomplete fussion all through out the seam. So please change the sequence of de-cladding and get that joint bow shape.

I am using GMAW process for Weld Overlay on Carbon+Alloy 825 Cladded Plate.
During Cladding process edges of the Cladded Plate Alloy 825 is not fusing properly and during RT its indication Lack of Fusion.
The Feeler Wire Used as SFA 5.4 ER NiCrMo-3
Can any body help me what is the reason.
