Dear Pravin,
Please follow the steps below.
1. preheat to 200 Deg. C
2. Use ER 80 S D2 for GTAW, if it is intended for root and hOt pass of a weld in a combination of processes, otherwise ER 100S D2.
3. Use E 10018 D2 or E11008 M for SMAW.
4. After welding put the blanket over the weld to allow slow cooling.
5. PWHT at 10 deg. lesser than Quenching temperature ( 630 Deg.C - 650 Deg.C) for atleast 2 Hours.
Thanks and Best Regards,
K.Rajagopal
