[MW:22332] Nap corrosion requirement and any tests to verify compliance of clad plates to Nap corrosion

Dear experts,

Request your kind help for below requirement.

There is partial clad vertical column i.e. bottom half vessel is clad SA 264(SA 516 Gr 70N+SA 240 TP 316L) and top half vessel is Plain carbon steel with corrosion allowance. Client said that bottom clad is due to Nap corrosion possibility of process liquid.

1.      Is there any possible test to prove compliance to Nap corrosion test requirement in case Mo content is 2.06 % (and not as high as 2.5%)?

2.      Is there any lining like epoxy, glass flake or any other lining which can be applied to avoid high Mo content requirements.

Please advise asap.

Regards
