Usually for deoxidazation Al or Ca is used

THE ADDITION OF ELEMENT REQUIRED FOR THE DEOXIDATION OF THE STEEL IS PERMITTED. AND YOU CAN ACCEPT THE ABOVE MENTION MTC AS PER THIS PARAGRAPH.

Our query is weather above chemical element (MTC) can be accepted for ASME SA333 Gr.6.
