[MW:17207] CSWIP Cerification and Qualification Standard-ISO 17637- Does it equivalent to ISO 9712?

Dear Forum Members
Appreciate detailed answer

ISO 17637 -Non-destructive testing of welds -- Visual testing of fusion-welded joints ( Nothing to do with NDT-RT/UT/MT/PT qualification and Certification? )
ISO 9712 -Non-destructive testing – Qualification and certification of NDT personnel
( Does it inclusive of Visual Testing/Inspection by Visual/Welding Inspector qualification and certification?)

TWI-CSWIP qualification and Certification Program in accordance with ISO 17637.
Does it comply/meet ISO 9712 requirements?
