The Pipe material is ASME SA 333 Gr.6, as per clause 5.2 and Table-1 the allowable chemical element is C, Mn, P, S, Si only

As per material MTC chemical element is C (0.17%), Mn (093%), P (0.010), S (0.0010), Si (0.24), Cu(0.050%), Cr (0.12%), Ni (0.060%), Mo(0.020%), V(less than 0.004%).

 

Our query is weather above chemical element (MTC) can be accepted for ASME SA333 Gr.6.

 

Looking forward to see the comment from Mr.Pradip Goswami on above matter.
