All the coated electrode, SAW flux,FCAW tubular wire manufactures use their own raw material combinations that  depends upon the chemistry , mechanical properties of core wire/strip, usability factors etc..

It is a trade secret and no body will open the data for others that easily.If you are so interested, employ the chemists  who worked earlier in such areas and get best our of them.

Ultimately you product should match the minimum requirements as per Sec. II  Part C of ASME code..
