Dear Mr.Krishna Kumar,

Branch weld is possible using suitable fittings like weldolet or T, provided you have access for applying the kniffing filler at the branch portion.
Branch pipe is possible until 4" size for cement lined, below which the piping shall be provided with suitable internal lining for protection of the piping.
