Thanks, Manpreet and others, It was captured during RTFI and the lengths were 12 mm and 25 mm at 2 different locations. I have already given both as repair. But the contractor came with this table which shows Category M fluid, girth weld, weld imperfection ' Incomplete Pen' is referred to as B. On the following page, B refers to "depth" of IP to between ≤1mm and ≤ 0.2Tw (whichever is lower is implied) and not length. Now, that is one tough task to determine depth of an IP, by RT at least.
