Dear All.--In ASME IX, don't use ''shall'' for longitudinal bend test for dissimilar joint, now if contractor used side bend test for it's PQR and after retesting satisfactory result reached, we can accept it or not?In ASME IX, criteria for bending of clad is 1.5mm but can extended to 3 mm if occurred in interface, now if we observed a defect with length less than 3 mm that some of length of it is in fusion line of clad and base metal, is it accepted or not?Regards
