Mr. Prasad, Thanks for your feedback and appreciate your efforts, but my doubts is this table 4.6, SL no 7, increase of more than 56°C in preheat and interpass from qualified, required requalification. To my remember it is there since 2004 edition till 2017. If it is only for Interpass, why they haven't changed at least in 2017 edition.

It was good debate and the explanations were awesome.  Our team from US,  has discussed with  AWS Committee member and  it was clarified that the increase is applicable for Inter pass temperature only.
