anyType of  Heat treatment on D/E after forming depends upon
i) Its Fibre elongation If it is >5% it it is asked by Code or Client spec Generally some code ask for Normalising or Stress relieving
ii) Some timeto control Hardness as per NACE it is recommended to go for PWHT

Therefore it is imporatant to satisfy code/spec requirement

 (Heat treatment of formed D/E is not harmful even if it is not addressed in spec  but one must ensure that its mechanical properties are not deteriorated  )
