-- as you mentioned during shutdown if the tank is urgent to close then we can proceed with patch repair (patch size to be decide based on inspection advise) to avoid long duration consuming such replacement and hydrotest with end user approval. However after some of duration the entire bottom plate along with tank pad to be replaced.
All in based on end user approval.
