i wanna to know how to select welding consumable for diff p no base metal.i have to take refference from asme sec 9 and asme sec 2A,2B,2c.
■ first i hv to select welding process.
■ i know that tensile strength of consumable i am selecting is to more than base metal.
■ what is the limit for deviation in tensile strength how much +- limit are allow suppose base metal have 60 ksi tensile stregth can i take consumable of 20 ksi or 120 ksi tensile strentgh consumable.
■ how to take deviation in chemical composition .
What is the main key i have to take por prepare any wps in world. I m facing problem in creating wps.
