Nickel electrode with slow preheat up to 200degC. Max interpass temp same. Maintain preheat for 1 hour. Cover with insulating blanket and let cool down

Dear Associates,


We are in requirement of  WPS & PQR  for welding a pipe support   ASTM A36 /Equivalent    to   Ductile Iron ASTM  A536 gr. 65-45-15 .

This is for  fire water system Shure joint welding . please refer attachments.

Much appreciated if you can support with relevant WPS & PQR for reference.
