Hi Kalemullah,
MR-0175/ISO 15156 specifies that SSC/SOHIC testing should be done as per NACE TM-0177.This testing requirements are quite severe. You need to go through the results and try to seek the proper resolutions.
SOHIC testing on the PQR was originally called for in your project specifications??
Appreciate your response.
Thanks.

Subject: [MW:24682] SSC test acceptance limit.
Dear Experts,
We are doing pipeline project for international client at UAE. We have completed around 400 joints(10 inch-11.1 mm) at site on conditional PQR( Except SSC/SOHIC testing) as per NACE MR-0175/ISO 15156
Now the PQR test conducted for the SSC test and SOHIC test.
But the test lab informed that linear indication was observed in two test specimen after 30 days SSC test.
Now the client instructed to go more etching the surface and macroscopic examination.
Please suggest any acceptance criteria and resolution. Failure of the test will result huge impact on the 400 welded joints. Please suggest.
Pipeline Material:API 5L Gr.B X-60 as per shell standards.
