[MW:24701] Re: Regarding welding of ErNicr3 and PWHT

Pl. carry out PWHT. Though Ni based consumables is used, weld may be softer but the HAZ is too hard and very less ductility . So may crack when pressure (in service) is applied.

Hi everyone please suggest

We have very less constrained space for the PWHT on and we have called 4 different PWHT teams and all teams have ignored PWHT due to less space.
Our material is SSH Header 40 mm thick and P91 material ehich we have to dummy with P91 material only.
As recommended by us to use ErNiCr3 filler wire with pre heat at 220deg C and no PWHT required is it ok.
