Kindly advice which type of welding procedure & heat treatment for 2", Sch 160  nozzle pipe end joining with 75 mm thick carbon steel body Separator. 

 

Please reply with Pre heating temperature, Intervals of Heating, PWHT Procedures, Welding Rods Details
