[MW:23092] RE: 23080] IS 2062 Gr. A & B - PWHT for storage tank

Yes dear it is applicable as IS 2062 is equivalent to A36, 2ndly PWHT is required for the NPS 12, the stress relief shall be 
carried out within a temperature range of 600°C – 650°C (1100°F – 1200°F) (see 5.7.4.3 for quenched and tempered materials) 
for 1 hour per 25 mm (1 in.) of shell thickness. The assembly shall include the bottom reinforcing plate (or annular plate) and the 
flange-to-neck weld. Also verify it from WPS requirement.

Dear all,

I am using IS 2062 Gr. A & B material for tank construction with A 106 Gr. B material for nozzles. Please let me know is clause number 5.7.4.2 of API 650 is applicable here? Shall I do PWHT for all opening connections (nozzles) NPS 12 or larger in nominal diameter?
