You weld needs to cool slower to give time for ferrite to develop. Could you send me the process parameters?

Dear Sir,

Our requirement for FN is 35-65, however we are getting exactly 35 which is border line for several test which is unacceptable by the client.

Kindly advice with your expertise.

Dear expert,

I'm having to weld normal duplex plate for vessel, SMAW process with following requirements:

I.v -40degC
FN: 35-65
CPT 22deg C @24 hrs
Corrosion 4g/mm

I'm unable to achieve FN even after several test.

Can anyone guide me how to achieve FN ?
