1. For main line welding- Welding processes GMAW - ER80SG (AWS 5.28)
all passes.

2. For Tie-in welding - welding processes STTP(Semi auto ) + FCAW (Semi auto)

Consumable For Root pass - ER70SG (A 5.18) ,Other passes
E81T8G (A 5.29)
3. For Partial Repair – Welding processes FCAW (Semi auto)
Consumable- E81T8G (A 5.29)
4.For through repair - Welding processes SMAW + FCAW(Semi auto)
Consumable For Root –E 6010 (A5.1), For Hot Pass – E8010G (A5.5).
Other passes - E81T8G (A 5.29)

Dear Experts,  Can anyone share the inspection requirements or a qualification procedure for cold bending? Our client spec states only the requirements for induction bending and would like to know your opinion on the cold bend inspection requirements.
