[MW:22968] physically stress measurement piping system - Assistance

Dear Experts,
 
I have requirement of measurement of stresses generated in the piping in the operating project near Mumbai location.
Kindly let me know any assistance available for doing this activity. Usually Metallurgy labs. does similar testing.
1)      Equipment can be used – like strain gauge, photoelectric instruments etc.
2)      Agency or company (Name, contact person, phone no./mail id)which will provide the equipment as well as expert to visit at site

Dear Experts,  Can anyone share the inspection requirements or a qualification procedure for cold bending? Our client spec states only the requirements for induction bending and would like to know your opinion on the cold bend inspection requirements.
