Dear Experts,
-- We have done PQR with PWHT for the Material APL 5L Grade X60, and the coupon Size is 40 Inch & the Thickness is 38 mm with the Construction code application of API 1104 (Cross Country Pipe Line)
Based on the results we prepared WPS Also, But, As per API 1104 for 38.00 mm THK PWHT is not required
Now The Aramco PID instructed to follow the WPS to do all the Joints PWHT
What is the remdy for this & hat should we do
