RE: [MW:22433] Gas pipeline NDE

Hello,

 

It depends of the code of design that you´re using

 

In case that it consist in a gas transmission and distribution piping systems, the reference code is ASME B31.8

 

Please refer to section 826.3 of ASME B31.8 there you´ll find all the rules to improve END and testing for this kind of pipelines

 

The main factors to consider are:

 

-        Stress level

-        Pipeline class
