You may consider approach one of the Authorized Inspection Agencies in your country from ABSG, LLoyds, BV and maybe go the website of ASME for further details

The whole process from concept to securing your ASME Stamps / certificates will take about one year

 

On steel grades equivalent, please try the goggle
