Nothing will happen. This is a normal practice while doing Hot Tap process. Tee constructed 2 Long seams (Butt Joints) and both side cir cum seam with fillet welds. If to do so Hot Tap welding on live line then we have more concern about Preheat while Procedure (As per API 1104) and actual welding due to rapid cooling possiblities. Otherwise no problem
