Re: [MW:14865] Maximum Spin Hole Diameter for Dish End

At the time of forming the spin hole dia was less than 60 mm around 30 mm, but while forming the crack was observed at spin hole, so the hole was extended to 70 mm & the patch was welded. RT is also done for patch weld.
 
But as per Section VIII Div I, is it acceptable ?
