[MW:12401] effect of higher PPM/PH Value of Hydrotest water on SS Materials

dear all,
 
as per the clients requirments Hydrotest water used for testing Stainless Steel Vessels shall have PPM Value less than 50 & PH Value shall be between 10 to 11.
 
what will be the effect on the SS material if PH Value is more than 11 & PPM value is more than 50.
 
be informed that Pickling & Passivation will be done after Hydrotest.
 
 
Please inform the effect of higher PPM & PH value on SS material.
 
if possible  pls provide any technical information on this.
