Dear,

You know the formula P1V1 =P2V2 IF TEMPPRETUTE IS CONTANT,
IF TEMPRETURE CHANGE FROM T1 TO T2 PRESUURE AS WELL AS VOLUME WILL BE
CHANGE.

Pls do the Hydrotest during forenoon, pressure will increase due to
tempreture increse and there will not be any pressure drop. During
afternoon tempreture decrease so pressure will also decrease.

Use Pressure and Tempreture chart Recorder and convince your inspector
to accept the same.
