Dear Sir: which is the pressure level? If it is above 100 psia you can allow the air test. If the pressure test level is more than that, I will prefer hydrostatic test.

My friends,
Good morning,
There is somebody who can give me advice concerning the pneumatic test
not realised by my contractor (in the shop).
It is about spools of various diameters the biggest diameter is 60''.
The product is the liquefied natural gas (LNG).
My contractor realized a big party of spools painted without the
pneumatic test of the reinforcements and sent on the site.
Please, how I am going to make.
Thank you in advance and good luck
