[MW:7310] About preheating temperature of EN10025 S235JR (1.0038) material

Hi dear friends,
Can anybody give me information about what is preheating temperature of S235JR material having 40mm thickness. And also, if there is a calculation, how is calculation for different material's preheating temperature.
