Dear Aisf,
 What type of fluid using in cross country pipe line crude or gas ,then only you have decide the value of preheat and PWHT ,correspondingly refer ASME 31.4 or 31.8

Dear Experts,  Can anyone share the inspection requirements or a qualification procedure for cold bending? Our client spec states only the requirements for induction bending and would like to know your opinion on the cold bend inspection requirements.
